A general rule: 1 cubic foot of freezer space per 35–40 lbs of beef. An eighth needs about 1.5 cu ft; a whole cow needs 12–14 cu ft.
We work with a USDA-inspected processing facility. Your beef is dry-aged, butchered to standard cuts, vacuum-sealed, and labeled before pickup.
Yes — we deliver to North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. Buyers request shipping when ordering, and shipping costs are at your expense. Farm pickup in Pasonsville, NC is also available at no extra charge.
