The Story Behind the Beef

Two brothers. One family legacy. A commitment to raising cattle the right way — honest, hard, and by hand.

Four Generations of Cattle Farming

Rendezvous Valley Farm has been in our family for four generations. Long before either of us were born, our great-grandfather worked this land in Pasonsville, North Carolina — learning to read the pastures, the weather, and the cattle. Every generation since has built on that foundation.

We grew up feeding calves before school, mending fence on weekends, and learning that cattle farming isn't a job — it's a way of life. Coming back home to this land and working it together felt like the most natural thing in the world.

Today, we raise registered Black Angus cattle on the same fields our family has worked for over a century. We're proud to carry that tradition forward — and prouder still to share what comes from it with families across North Carolina and beyond.

Veteran Owned,
American Made

This is a veteran-owned operation, and the discipline, work ethic, and commitment to excellence that comes with that service are the same values we bring to every acre of this farm.

We believe in hard work. We believe in doing things right. And we believe that the best beef comes from ranchers who take that responsibility seriously — from the pasture all the way to your dinner table.

When you buy from Rendezvous Valley Farm, you're supporting American agriculture, a veteran-owned small business, and a family that has devoted four generations to this land and this craft.

How We Raise Our Cattle

We don't cut corners. Every decision we make is guided by what's best for the animal, the land, and ultimately the quality of beef we put on your table.

Open Pastures

Our cattle have room to roam. We rotate pastures to ensure fresh grass and healthy land — no confinement, no crowding.

Grass Grazed

From calves to finishing, our animals graze natural North Carolina pasture grass — the foundation of clean, flavorful beef.

Grain Finished

A grain finish gives our beef that exceptional marbling and tenderness. It's the best of both worlds — raised right, finished perfectly.

No Shortcuts

We work with a USDA-inspected processor and take every step ourselves. No middlemen, no mystery — just honest beef from our farm to your family.

Registered Black Angus

We breed and raise only registered Black Angus — a breed known worldwide for consistent quality, deep flavor, and superior marbling.

Family Stewardship

Four generations on this land means we think long-term. We care for our pastures, our herd, and our community because they'll outlast us all.
